Soaring Higher Campaign

Available materials + elements

Soaring Higher Photography: photos.bc.edu Chorus is Boston College’s centralized photo library, designed to help teams easily search, organize, and share approved images for digital and print use. Whether you’re looking for campus shots, event coverage, or brand photography, Chorus ensures consistent, high-quality visuals that align with BC’s visual identity. You will need to be on the VPN in order to access Chorus, as well as your BC credentials.

Geometric Motif:
The vertical structure of our geometric line art motif offers an expression of Soaring Higher in a graphical sense. It can morph and change in composition but it relies on the triangle as the base. Showing strength and innovation, symbolizing many parts to a whole institution/community of people and a unique compliment/overlay to our celebrated history and iconic presence. It has the potential to be a vehicle to house content, lead us chronologically, animate, provide bold and quiet moments, explore as a technique for data visualization, etc.

UA (sub-brands, our work)

UA Sub-brands

Welcome to our resource library of sub-brands relevant to our work in UA. More than just logos, sub-brands are distinct entities within the larger BC brand, representing schools, departments, societies, or initiatives, such as CWBC or Pops on the Heights, while maintaining a cohesive visual connection to the University.

This library serves as your go-to reference for approved sub-brands. To ensure consistency, please review the sub-brands listed here and begin transitioning away from any that are not included. We’ll continue updating this library so you’ll always have the latest at your fingertips.

Note: Some sub-brands we use regularly were not created by us. The Office of University Communications has established a sub-brand system for schools, colleges, divisions, offices, centers, academic departments, and institutes. For more details, please consult UC’s brand guidelines.
